I could link to all the neuroscience here but I won’t - because then you’ll be reading about neuroscience and aren’t you exhausted by the internet as much as I am? Seriously. Are you trying to multitask right now? Stop it. Have I mentioned recently you should stop multitasking so much? Focus on one thing at a time - like, for example, beating yourself up about multitasking too much. Good - are you beating yourself up enough about it? Probably not. It’s REALLY BAD how much you are multitasking right now. OK. Take a deep breath. Now you can move on to writing in your gratitude journal about how grateful you are for the awareness of how wrong you are for trying to multitask so much. Thank you.
